Last night, in the middle of the night, I was awakened by heavy rains. We have one of those tent type gazebos on our deck and under heavy loads, it has been known to collapse. First thing this morning I headed to the deck to see if it was still standing.
I got out my
special, load- lightening tool long stick to push the water off the gazebo roof. But it wasn't water that came down.
What the heck is that? Snow? Tell me it was hail. Did anyone in Grey County hear hail last night?
To make matters worse, look who parked in front of me at the post office today.
Can you read the printing on the bottom left? 'Snowplowing'. I love winter, but October 3 is much too early.
