Marathons
Not the running kind, but marathons of a different sort have been taking place at our house this weekend.
This one - probably the most time sensitive one - is Fred's.
These pictures were taken Sunday afternoon. Things don't look much different today.
These are my marathon.
Unlike Fred I am quite aware of my deadline. There were to be three done for Wednesday.
Right now, there are two.
On this one, I have to finish knitting, tie in ends and block. Totally do-able by Wednesday.

I think I like your marathon better than Fred's.
We've got to get a new dishwasher too. Perhaps Fred can give Jim some tips.

Love the scarves. Wish I could retire and just knit!
A new dishwasher...lucky you!!! Could I borrow Fred? We have the world's oldest, noisiest, and most energy-inefficient dishwasher, but my husband refuses to replace it as long as it's still operational. Better yet...any advice on how to break a dishwasher??? ;-)
