I'm A Genius

I use Blogger to post this blog. Many times, I have noted bloggers complaining about Blogger. Hmmp! What Whiners, I thought. It works just fine.

But last week, I changed my mind.

One day while typing my post, the work surface diminished in size by about half. Instantly, without warning, it became teeny weeny. A magnifying glass was needed to read what I'd typed. Features like spell check were rendered virtually useless because the size was so diminutive.

Placing a query about my problem on the Blogger Help Board wasn't much help. Five answers in some foreign language computer-speak were posted back to me. But really, I didn't understand a word they said. So tonight, as I prepared to post, I decided to turn to the smartest group of people I know - knitters.

I wondered if any blogging knitters had experienced this type of techno-problem. And more importantly, did anyone know how to fix it.

But just before whining posting about my problem, I decided to try one more time. I re-read the five answers. Eeny,Meeny, Miny, Moe - let's try number three.

YIPPEE! It worked. I'm a genius. And being the benefactress I am, here is how to fix the problem, should it ever happen to you. First you hit <, then ctrl, then >, then shift, then the plus sign. Hee Hee. Told you it was computer-speak.

There are few things more satisfying than correcting a computer problem. Congratulations on your triumph!
